Ms. Judy Lam, Assistant General Manager, Operation, K11 Concepts Limited / Assistant General Manager, Customer Relationship Management, New World Development

Judy Lam joined New World Development in 2011 and she has played dual roles in Corporate Strategy while heading up Customer Relationship Management of K11 Concepts before she devoted her time to launch New World CLUB, a VIP programme for New World Development’s residential property owners and tenants, in 2012. Currently Ms. Lam is driving Sales Operation, CRM and data analytics as Deputy Mall-in-Charge of Hong Kong K11 Art Mall and is the Head of Customer Relationship Management at New World Development. She has spent more than 4 years running the business of Hong Kong K11 Art Mall and executed many strategies that made K11 the first Museum Retail Concept in the world with seamless integration of art and commerce.  

Ms. Lam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) degree in Economics from Harvard University and a MBA degree from INSEAD. She has worked in management consulting with Bain & Co. and various roles in consumer banking of Standard Chartered Bank before joining New World Development.
