Ms Wong attained her bachelor’s degree in The University of Hong Kong and her master’s degree of Philosophy in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She joined Hong Kong Arts Development Council and Home Affairs Bureau of the government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region after graduating, assisting the research and draft of culture and arts policy. Ms Wong is the founder of Mention PR Consultants Limited, which provides strategic consulting services to leading art institutions, auction houses, art foundations and galleries. Herself a curator, Ms Wong actively organises and promotes art events, notably New Art Wave Expo.
